The missed promotion you have to explain. Here you face them in dialogue with virtual characters who react in real time to what you say and how you say it. After each conversation the feedback shows you what to improve, so you build your Readiness faster.

Un PC, un tablet o uno smartphone con microfono, e un posto tranquillo. Meglio con le cuffie. A PC, tablet or smartphone with a microphone, and a quiet place. Headphones help.
E se non capisco?What if I don't understand?
Vai avanti lo stesso: per seguire una conversazione bastano metà delle parole. Puoi attivare i sottotitoli o chiedere di ripetere, come faresti con un collega. Carry on anyway: half the words are usually enough to follow a conversation. You can turn on subtitles or ask them to repeat, as you would with a colleague.
E se sbaglio?What if I make mistakes?
Nessuno ti interrompe per correggerti. Le correzioni le trovi nel feedback, quando puoi leggerle con calma. Nobody stops you to correct you. You'll find the corrections in your feedback, when you can read them calmly.
La conversazione va sempre allo stesso modo?Does a conversation always go the same way?
No. Il personaggio non segue un copione: ogni tentativo può andare diversamente. No. The character doesn't follow a script: every attempt can go differently.
Posso fermarmi a metà?Can I stop halfway?
Sì, quando vuoi. La volta successiva la conversazione riparte dall'inizio. Yes, whenever you like. Next time the conversation starts again from the beginning.
Quanti crediti ho?How many credits do I have?
Quelli messi a disposizione dalla tua organizzazione. Li vedi sempre in alto a destra, nell'indicatore «Crediti a disposizione»: premendolo trovi il dettaglio. The ones your organisation has made available. You always see them at the top right, in the “Credits available” indicator: press it for the details.
